Admission Policy

Please read these policies carefully before making a reservation.

Guest Admission

  1. Children under 5 years old are our guests and stay free of charge.
  2. Visitors who are not registered guests may not enter rooms. Meetings with friends or acquaintances may only take place in the lobby or the hotel courtyard, for a maximum of one hour.
  3. Foreign guests are admitted with a valid passport and visa.

Check-in and Check-out Times

  1. Check-in time is 14:00.
  2. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Cancellation Policy

  1. More than 3 days before check-in: 20% penalty, 80% refunded.
  2. 2 days (48 hours) before check-in: 40% penalty, 60% refunded.
  3. Within 1 day (24 hours) of check-in: 100% penalty, no refund.

General Rules

  1. Pets of any kind are not permitted.
  2. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Hookah and all other tobacco products are prohibited at Kazheh.
  3. Cooking appliances are not permitted in rooms as a fire safety measure.
  4. A public parking lot is located directly across from the hotel.
  5. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  6. Staff are not responsible for carrying luggage. Please keep this in mind when choosing a room.
